| Duties and Responsibilities | Own and manage property; make loans to promote industry and develop trade by inducing manufacturing, industrial, governmental, nonprofit and commercial enterprises, and institutions of higher education to locate in or remain in the community. |
| Meetings | Meets at 5:15 PM on the first Monday of the month in the Town Hall. Dates and times are subject to cancellation or adjustment. |
