Property Maintenance Investigation Board

Appointment and Membership Three members appointed by the Town Council on a staggered basis. Terms are three years in length and begin on July 1.
Duties and Responsibilities As directed by the Town Council, investigates and reports on complaints related to the condition of any building, wall or any other structure that might endanger the public health or safety of other residents of the Town.
Meetings Meets on call upon referral of applications by the Town Council.
