| Appointment and Membership | Seven members are appointed by the Town Council on a staggered basis. Terms are four years in length and begin on July 1. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Recommendations to the Town Council on comprehensive plan, Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, and rezoning and special use permit applications. Review subdivisions and site plans. |
| Meetings | Meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the first Wednesday of the month in the Town Hall. Dates and times are subject to cancellation or adjustment depending on applications received. |
